I'll admit that I catch myself daydreaming about summer, Arizona, and California a lot lately, and when that happens, I gravitate towards dressing like this! It's no secret that spending 9 months in a new country away from your hometown is not easy, but it's also an amazing opportunity. After hitting the 7 month mark of living in Copenhagen I have started getting a little homesick. I feel myself really craving some pool time, sunshine, and hanging out with my friends. But I know that I really need to make the most of the time I have left here, so I am trying to make every day count! When I'm craving more of a summer vibe, I pull out all the brights + patterns in my wardrobe for a fun look!
My favorite part of this outfit has to be my DIY denim jacket, that I haven't taken off recently! I think there is just something so cool about patches that gives off a homemade, playful vibe that I love. On my travels I've been collecting a patch in almost every country that I visit, and I added a couple of them to this jacket the other day so I'll have to show you the growing collection in a future outfit posts! I have linked a couple of similar ones before, but you should also watch my tutorial and just make your own!
Hope your week has started off well guys! I'll see you tomorrow for Watercolor Wednesdays :) x, Paige
