Sunday Brunch

On Sunday I woke up to a text from my bestie asking me to grab brunch. Since I had woken up late, I wanted to throw on something easy and head out. This is a great outfit when you're still kind of sleepy, and I love that the hat hid my bed head. Show up in this to your weekend plans and no one will know just how many times you hit that snooze button...

This outfit may be simple, but I think it's a new fav combo! Thoughts?

Huntington Beach Style

IMG_5962 I am back from California! My friends Jake, Jamie, Ben, and I took a roadtrip to SoCal for the weekend for a last summer hurrah. We had such a good time, I love my friends because they find the funnest things to do in our free time. I decided not to take my computer on the trip and just take a blogging break and enjoy our time together. However, now that I'm back I have so much to share with you from our trip and also all of the exciting preparation for my trip to Copenhagen!

On Friday after going rock climbing, we stopped by Huntington Beach to throw the football around and grab some dinner. This is the casual outfit I wore that was perfect for playing in the waves. I haven't worn this vintage tee I got at flea market in so long, but I loved the light feel of it for a summer day!

We came back from our trip just in time for my birthday! I'm finally 21 today, I can't believe it! Tonight I will be celebrating with a bunch of my friends at dinner and then heading to Old Town Scottsdale now that I'm legal. I am so excited to celebrate tonight and will hopefully find some time to document my obnoxious party dress. Thanks for sticking around while I was out of town, and hope you had a great weekend! x. IMG_2151 Today was a very casual outfit, but I had missed blogging so much that I couldn't resist working on a quick post to share the details of what I wore with you. I am loving the embellishments of this outfit (studs, spikes, daisies) that are taking it to a cute level! These headbands are becoming my go-to for days when I have messy hair, and add some extra interest around your face.

I had an amazing "staycation" with Jake and we went to so many beautiful places like Montana de Oro, Morro Bay, and the arboretum. I will share those pictures with you guys soon because it was seriously a nature overload, which I loved!

Thanks so much for reading loves! I'll see you tomorrow! I have lots of fun posts planned for the future so stay tuned, xo

IMG_0762 Today was a lazy day for me spent mostly at home, which I reflected in this casual outfit. I officially only have 1 hour of class on Thursdays, which is pretty unheard of for an architecture major, so I am enjoying it. I paired 2 prints together today, but since the lip print is more of a graphic print and the flannel is more of a pattern, I thought they worked well together.

The lips on this top reminded me of the Rolling Stones, so today I chose their song "Satisfaction" as the outfit track. Listen below while you view!

After taking these photos my roommates and I walked down to farmer's market from our house and I threw on a leather jacket for some added warmth and style!
