Spring Fever

I thought I wouldn't get to give this dress a spin until I was home in sunny Arizona, but lucky for me the sun finally came out in Copenhagen today! After almost a week of miserable weather, I was very excited to wear this floral number. I think it's such a versatile dress! T-shirt dresses have gone to the top of my want list. Here I've paired mine with structured black pieces to balance out the pretty factor, but I can see myself throwing it on with sunnies + some sandals once I get to Phoenix as well! I'm sure you guys will seeing this dress a lot here on Punkrockparti :)

Although I'm very grateful to have some sun before I leave Copenhagen, I will admit it makes it much harder to leave. When the rain was pouring down I was dreaming of the West Coast, but Copenhagen just sparkles in the sunshine. I don't know a better way to describe it than that! The flowers bloom, people are smiling, and everything just feels happy. I keep getting sappy at the end of every blog post, I know, but god I love this city. x, Paige

Spring Trenchcoat

I think we all like to raid our mom's closets some times, and this colorful trench is what I borrowed recently! Since she is in town visiting me, she packed this yellow number that we actually bought together at Target years ago. Like, it was their first designer collection ever! We have actually never gotten much wear out of it, but it is perfect for springtime in Copenhagen now and she has been wearing it a ton! I love the pop that it added to my simple striped tee and jeans combo.

I had such a lovely Easter with my family, and I hope you did too! It's always nice to have family around for holidays. We went to service at the prettiest church, Marmokirken...entirely in Danish! But the entire thing is constructed of marble imported from Norway and is highly detailed so it was a special place to go. I also got my first tan lines of the year while sitting outside along the canal having a drink! I'm SO excited about that you have no idea. As a typically tan girl, my pale skin courtesy of winter has been so weird to me. I am ready to have some color back in my skin...and not just my coat! x, Paige.

"Double Vision"

IMG_0808 I really love the ability to pair boots and dresses together in the spring, so I'm capitalizing on the opportunity because it gives me a chance to wear my Docs more often, which is always a good thing. I love that I picked these pieces up at inexpensive places, but they form a really good look. Especially this dress. I've had it for a while and it is from TJ Maxx, but it is probably the most flattering dress I own. I love great finds like that from unexpected places.

The outfit track for today is "Double Vision" by 3OH!3. Mostly because it reminded me of spring vibes (wishing I was still on spring break) and also because I hadn't given that group a listen in a while. Listen along below while you view!

OOTD_99 "American Girl"

DSC_1303 well i think it's safe to say that spring is here. however, i haven't just realized this because of the weather, but by how i am dressing. i find myself reaching for fringe, hats, colorful pieces, and have started stacking on the rings. this is all resulting in outfits that i feel are great for festival season. although i've stuck to small concerts rather than Coachella, these outfits have been the perfect compliment to extra daylight and warm sun (that i'm soaking in as i blog from my porch).

although this outfit isn't red, white, and blue, i think it's laid back vibe says americana which is why i chose today's outfit track to be "American Girl" by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. just listen along here and you'll understand.

p.s. kinda freaking out that tomorrow will be my 100th outfit post...!
