Sunday Brunch

On Sunday I woke up to a text from my bestie asking me to grab brunch. Since I had woken up late, I wanted to throw on something easy and head out. This is a great outfit when you're still kind of sleepy, and I love that the hat hid my bed head. Show up in this to your weekend plans and no one will know just how many times you hit that snooze button...

This outfit may be simple, but I think it's a new fav combo! Thoughts?

Electric Yellow

I have been so drawn to color lately in my paintings, and my wardrobe is reflecting that as well! When I first bought these shorts, I thought they were so bold. I eased it to them with basics first, and then graphics. But now I'm pairing them with an electric shirt that really pops...and love the results. Such a good example of an outfit that is pretty relaxed, but totally stands outs.

This morning I'm off to an Instameet in Phoenix! I am just too excited to meet other local creatives. Stay tuned on my Instagram @punkrockparti today for photos!

Golden Hour

As much as Friday's outfit was a California look, this is a Danish one. As just as I have come to appreciate neutrals and architectural cut pieces, I have also come to appreciate the light. I was out on this day at 8 PM, enjoying the sunset, or the golden hour as it is called. Such a change from when it got dark at 3 in January. The Danes are known as the "masters of light" when it comes to design, and now that I've experienced a dark winter, I value the light just as much as them.

Longer hours of daylight also mean warmer days, which equals...bare legs! I've totally forgotten what it feels like to show some skin. Although I will say, I have finally realized why Danish girls are always seen wearing tights. I attempted to bike to my favorite coffee shop while wearing this outfit, and man it was not easy! I might have to stick with the tights for my last two weeks of using a bike as transportation... x, Paige

White Hot Technicolor

IMG_5490 I'm all for basics, but summer needs some color! I'm wearing white pieces to stay true to my personal style, and threw on a bright skirt for a fresh look. Finally, the studs on both the shoes and the bag are keeping it tough. I can feel my style evolving in a more minimal direction, but I think I'll always be that little 90's girl obsessed with Lisa Frank and rainbows.

Notice the paint marks on my hands? I'm working on a bunch of skateboards right now, and just finished one up tonight. I can't wait to share it with you! In my book, messy hands, are happy hands. Thanks for reading! x. Paige
